Marilyn Poon

Marilyn Poon is a Singapore-qualified lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets work.

She has worked with both listed and private companies, including foreign state-owned entities and start-up companies in a wide range of commercial transactions, including on fund-raising matters and corporate restructuring issues, including:

(i)         rights issues;

(ii)        reduction of capital;

(iii)       joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions;

(iv)       amalgamation of companies; and

(v)        public takeovers of companies.

Marilyn graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws and was called to the Singapore bar in 2014.
